BD vs client site distinction: Won, Stale, and Dead Deals are BD concepts — they describe the state of IT Ally's sales relationship with a prospect. Once a client site is created, all work there is a signed engagement. There are no dead or stale engagements at the client level — only active work and archived completed work.
Archive is universal inside client sites. It appears inside Engagements (completed work), inside Targets (acquisitions not pursued), and inside Bolt-on Targets (bolt-ons not pursued). The folder is identical in all cases — it's a clean resting place for anything no longer active, with full history preserved.
